Wellness Week

A great team is made up of healthy individuals

Every year, STR dedicates one week  specifically to place importance on mental and physical wellness.

This year, STR held Wellness Week from March 15th -19th to encourage healthy practices for the mind and body. We focused on our mental wellbeing through morning meditation, and seminars on work/life balance, resiliency, and preventing burnout. Our employees were reminded to take a moment each day to prioritize themselves.

Additionally, we held virtual laughter yoga, a healthy cooking class, and a seminar on mastering your metabolism to promote physical health. Having a healthy body provides a number of benefits to mood, brain function, and productivity.
